Hemorrhoids Treatment

Herbal and Natural Remedies for Hemorrhoids pain relief

What does a Hemroid look like

What does a hemroid look like, well obviously this depends
on the type and severity of the hemroid.  It may be an
internal or external hemroid, with several grades ranging
from 1 to 4, 4 being the most severe and 1 the most mild.

Hemroids are a result of the venal walls and tissue in the
anus and rectum becoming weak and swelling or even rupturing,
causing bleeding. This swelling and inflammation of the anal
and rectum tissue can cause pain and discomfort that is usually
treated with supplements.  Hemroids look like red inflamed 'sacks'
of blood or tissue, usually itchy and sensitive, causing discomfort
and pain, located near or inside the anus.

Some of the best hemorrhoid cures on the market are those that
have natural ingredients, these supplements can be used to
treat both internal and external hemroids.  If you think about
the symptoms, irritation, pain, discomfort, weak rectal and anal
tissue, weak veins.  All these can be cured using natural
remedies and most herbal supplements used to cure hemroids have
these naturally occurring ingredients that actively fight the
symptoms with (in some cases) instant relief.

Naturally occurring herbal ingredients used in these supplements
include; Butchers broom, Japanese Pagoda Tree extract, Witch
Hazel, Horse Chestnut, Echinacea to name just a few.  All of
these will have some anti-inflammatory properties that will
reduce swelling and are also natural antiseptics.  The
ingredients will help strengthen the vein wall and tissue
surrounding the effected area, antiseptic will prevent any
infections and other natural ingredients will help increase
blood flow.  Instant relief from pain, irritation and discomfort
can come from drinking Aloe Vera juice, Chamomile tea and the
use of vitamin E creams externally will soothe the skin.

Over the counter creams and supplements can be used to relieve
the pain and discomfort caused, these remedies usually contain
some type of active ingredient that will be effective against
the symptoms.  If these do not help and your hemroids are of
the severe grade, then it is possible that you will require
some surgical intervention.  This may come in the form of
a ligation, which is a small rubber band, placed around the
hemroid and left until the hemroid 'drops off'.  The way they
work is simple, the ligation prevents the flow of blood to the
hemroid causing it to 'die' and 'drop off'.  Other surgical
procedures include, a hemorrhoidectomy, this is where they remove
the hemroid by cutting away the damaged tissue.  Also you may
have laser treatment and in rare circumstances you may have
cryosurgery where the doctor or surgeon may 'freeze' the hemroid
to remove it.
